Stock muffler - high exhaust?

Hi, has anyone mounted the stock muffler higher? I mean is someone selling just the "piping" needed so that I can reuse the stock muffler? 

Had a look at the huzar high exhaust, but don't really like the look.

it does require the exhaust frame cutting so not sure if Norway's law allow it.
