New T7 owner in BC

Recommended Posts

I was able to pick up a used well sorted T7 with 9500 km on Nov. 12.

I had to wait a couple days to test it out on the back roads and it worked flawlessly.

I have so far put 600 km on it, mostly road as FSRs do to the extreme weather events we have had are closed.

Looking forward to heading to Arizona in January to get some riding in.

Other bikes in stable:

2015 XStrom 650 XT

2020 Scorpa T-Ride 290 (Trials Hybrid)

1996 Yamaha DT200R (2 stroke DS)

Welcome aboard @ejfranz.  Another BC rider, and there are plenty T7 owners near by I'm sure.  Have fun on the beast and post often.  Let's see a pic of the bike.

@ejfranzWelcome to the forum.  You certainly live in a beautiful part of the world where I got to work for a few glorious months in the spring of 86'.  My apartment was in Burnaby, which allowed me on weekends to attend racing at Westwood.  A cool track, very woodsy,  that added to the charm of the course.

Thanks, Westwood has been gone for decades and is now all houses. I did a bit of riding up there before it's demise.

That's a shame it was shut down,  plus guess it means I'm getting old!

Yes, to both. I got married in August of 86 (Expo 86). Hopefully you were around for the fair.

It could be you who I see on the road as I work just north of Vancouver Zoo.
