Now I’ve searched entire google without finding what I’m looking for.

 

These silver bolt heads bothers me, they should be black. Does anyone know where I can get a cover, or black bolts and washers?

Try searching YouTube for Blacking Bolts via chemicals...DYI

Have you tried this? 

You could remove, clean, and spray paint the bolts/washers with quality flat or semi-gloss black paint.

Or just use a black Jiffy marker pen and make them look pretty.
