Sometimes threads are started in General Discussion that are related to a specific question that ends up getting buried and doesn't get answered for the OP.  If this happens,  rather than starting a new thread and reposting the question elsewhere, please feel free to contact a Moderator who will be happy to move your question to the appropriate topic area. This will most likely get more participation in answering your specific question.
