Button to release the air- top of the fork tubes?

NeilW

Question

Does anyone release the air from the fork tubes? I used  to do it all the time on my Honda XR250. I had aftermarket push buttons that go into the screw holes.
1. is it necessary on the T700?

2. Where do you get the air release buttons?

Thanks. I couldn’t remember what they were called. Here is the answer The motion pro 11-0095 are the ones to go for, they fit perfectly on the T7.

Thanks.

Just make sure you have the fork fully extended, by putting bike on center stand or a lift.

I check mine every once and a while just unscrewing the stock plug.  Have never found it to release any noticeable pressure, but the buttons by motion pro definitely make it a bit quicker.  Not enough to make me buy a set though.
