Givi Topbox with another brand of panniers

Hey guys. I’m ordering a Givi outback trekker 58 top box along with all the mounting hardware to install it. But I’m running into an issue. I’m noticing the rack uses the 4 holes on the tail to mount it. But if I also want to get another company made rack to put mosko moto panniers on it, they also use the same 4 mounting points on the tail as the Givi topbox mounting plate would use. Has anyone figured out if they get in the way of each other?

I have the oem rear rack and it is compatible with my batangacase.com sideracks.
It will depend on what combination you want to make.
