Hello everyone,

I've managed to do the second part of the "What I take with me?" series from Tunisian Sahara. It was quite nice to spend a morning to go through the camp and what I have.

It is indeed a lot of stuff and if I get fully, fully loaded with all extra fuel and liquids I'm looking at around 43kg of weight I carry. But then we're talking about like 500km range and water/food for 3-4 days.

Not bad. Some things I wouldn't take along, but overall that's dependent on the person. Like the tent quite a bit. Good solid pack out IMO.

Yea, it really is up to everyones taste. People were asking what I take and which brands so I just wanted to put it out.

I really like the tent the only issue are those pre-bent poles and also (and this depends where you camp) the fact that as it's super light one, the fabric is very thin. Which is not problem for most of the part but the bottom is a bit vulnerable so I use the tarp most of the time under it to protect the base.

They sell footprint for it (which allows you to build it without the inside) but that would be another thing to take...
