Howdy folks, thought I'd share a pic of my shiny new T7. Just have a few miles on it and getting to know it but loving it so far. Rode a Super Tenere for 5 years previous which I recently sold. Planning to set this bike up for BDR, Divide Ride type of riding. Hope the pic post works.

Welcome aboard @Lowside  Thanks for posting the pic.  What a great looking bike you owners of "Blue" have.

Nice riding area as well.  Lucky dog.

Welcome @Lowside. BDR reports are always welcome. That hill in your picture might be a bit "adventurous" for a brand new stock bike,  but hey, if Pol Tarres can do it, maybe it's possible for us mortals?  😉

Welcome Ted. If you ever make it to Kansas let me know. I'll be in Co next month for a riding trip.

Thanks for the welcome guys. This seems like a great group. And agree the Yami blue is pretty nice. Too bad the side of the bike is going to read "ERE" when I add the Acerbis large tank! 😁

Will be doing the new Wyoming BDR on this bike in the late summer. I've done five other BDRs on an XR650R. Will be interesting trying it on a bigger bike. I suspect some sections will be more fun and others will be less so. 😬  The ride from home to the start of the BDR will be more comfortable, that's for sure!
