Help, buying a bike but win is not a

I am in a buying situation but the win is on a sticker not stamped. Is this valid? Do you have it the same way on your bikes?

I'm sure someone will be able to help you but your post is not clear on what info you need. What is a "win"? Do you mean VIN?

On the right side of the steering there is a sticker not etched

frame is stamped.

 

That is clear vinyl over the stamping.

I'm not really sure what else you need help with that is the VIN, check it against what ever paper work you may have in your county such as title or registration that the numbers match.
