Rally Raid Communication?

Wasn't exactly sure where to post this.. how has everyone's communication been with Rally Raid and shipping times?

 

I ordered a new rear shock and front fork cartridge kit a week ago now and I can't get a hold of them regarding shipping times.  I've emailed and messaged on FB and no reply yet.  I have a big ride coming up on the 20th of July and need to see if I can get it before then!!

 

Calling is a pain because I only have a work issued phone (USA) that doesn't allow international calling.  

 

Are they normally super slow at getting back to you and shipping anything?

Sorry to say that, yes, that has been my experience communicating with rally raid by email. I found it necessary to call them a few times. I used Skype.

I had a similar experience, sent a few unanswered emails, but my product shipped 2 day to the US East coast. For me, the communications were not there but I got what I ordered in a reasonable time.  Everything I ordered was in stock at the time of the order.

@Ktmmitchowns Rally Raid...maybe try this route too?

I recall reading he was on a trip and testing the CRF300 stuff?...couple be completely brain fart from reading too many forums LOL...

I once placed an order, and cancelled some items one day later via mail. Everything went fine, they confirmed the amended order via mail and shipped accordingly.
