How to raise shift lever?

Changing boots soon and will need to raise the shift lever from a few recommendations from the boot model owners.

 

How can I raise the shift lever by adjustment?

The shift rod length can be easily adjusted,which alters the height of the shift lever:

Id take it to the dealer and have them adjust the shifter for you.  Dealers only charge $189 per hour  around the PNW.   

 

 

 

Kidding!.  I just bought a set of Alpinestars Toucan boots.  I had to raise the shifter for those boots vs the Forma boots I had before.
