Pass light not working

Hi all, I have recently spotted my pass light doesn't work. When I use the main beam switch all 4 led headlights work but when I use the pass switch it doesn't flash or light up. I have checked all fuses, I have opened the switch and it has 12v when pressed, where should I try from here? Any help much appreciated

@Markjct700 On pg 471 in this manual, the dimmer is #75 and the pass switch is #76.  Both feed the hi/ lo light circuit so if you're getting 12v out of the pass switch, my thought is a lack of continuity from the 12v feed from the pass switch to where it connects with the dimmer switch, which you state is working as advertised.
