This bike was purchased new in October 2020. I have gone to a lot of trouble and expense to set it up like I wanted it as a backroad and gravel road explorer bike but alas, it is time to move to something different. It is a fun bike on curvy roads and is capable of far more off-road than I am! The suspension was lowered 1” by Cogent Dynamics by reworking the shock and installing a 1” lower Ohlin spring. The front fork springs were also replaced with 1” lower springs. Combined with the Seat Concepts lower seat, this bike is almost 2” lower than stock. All the parts to restore it to stock height come in a box that goes with the sale.

In addition, the following modifications and farkles are included and I am not interested in parting out anything with the one exception noted below:

  • 4-year Yamaha Extended Warranty purchased October 2021 and is transferable, so bike is under warranty until October 2025
  •  **Bartubeless tubeless Excel rims - 21”x 2.15” front; 18” x 4.25” rear
  • SW Motech lower crash bars
  • Bumot luggage racks with the Bumot toolbox and rear luggage rack
  • Bumot Xtremena soft bags (Bumot hard luggage also fits these racks)
  • Seat Concepts low seat and recovered back seat to match
  • Yamaha radiator protector
  • AXP skidplate (modified to remove the PITA rear linkage section)
  • Helibars Tour Performance bar backs and risers (1 ⅛” up; 1” back)
  • Kaoko throttle lock
  • G2 Throttle Tamer
  • T-Rex Racing adjustable side stand
  • The OEM center stand has been shortened and modified by a local fabrication shop to work with the new lowered height
  • Altrider windshield adjustment brackets (4” adjustment in height)
  • Oxford Heated Adventure grips
  • Triple Clamp engine covers are included but have been removed and are in the box of parts
  • Passenger pegs have been removed and the mounting holes filled with stainless steel bolts of the the appropriate size
  • Cheap but nice looking tank pads

** The OEM rims come with the bike and if the buyer is a serious off-road rider who prefers tubed tires and is willing to make arrangements locally to purchase tubes, tires and pay installation on the OEM rims, I will get them delivered for the tires to be put on and will install them on the bike for a lower price and sell the Bartubless rims separately.

The bike has never been down, except for falling off the bike jack in the garage that slightly bent the rear brake pedal. I meant to replace it but after a couple of rides, I just adjusted to it. Otherwise, there is no damage or dings or broken body panels on the bike.

Price: $12,000 with the tubeless rims - $11,000 with the OEM rims reinstalled with your purchased tires and tubes.

Mileage is 10,454. Dealer did the 600-mile service, I did the 4K and 8K with Yamaha filters and oil. The Michelin Anakee Adventure tires that are on it do not have much life in them but tires are a personal decision that the new owner can make.

Bike is located near Asheville, NC and the title is at the house. PM me for questions or additional pictures.
