Aux Tank/Rack Compatibility

Hello, all. I'll be getting the Camel Auxiliary tank pretty soon, but I'm also trying to get a set of racks. By set, I mean a rear rack and pannier racks. OTHER than Outback Motortek, does anyone know of a set of rear and panier racks that are both compatible with the Camel Tank? I only exclude O.M. because they have been sold out of their rear rack in the US for a few months now and their other branches won't ship to the US, though they all seem to have stock. I've emailed them and was basically told "they're coming, just wait." I'm tired of waiting. Patience IS a virtue, but not one of mine.
Also, I'm wanting a full size pannier rack to help for crash protection, so none of those little soft-bag panel things like ADV Spec sells.

Any help or information would be appreciated.

The OEM Yamaha pannier racks are compatible with the tank and so is there upper cargo rack.
