Middle Tennessee Gravel

Rode about 150 miles today. Primarily paved backroads, but a good taste of chip and seal, gravel, and dirt. The non-paved roads were all in Hickman County and included Davis Branch Road, Old Hadley School Road, Locust Fork Road, Warf Road, Lick Creek Road, and Anderson Road. These roads are all highlighted on gravelroads.com and are not far off the northern end of Natchez Trace Parkway, if you happen to be riding through. Today’s miles included three creek crossings, one of which got pretty spicy, requiring me to brace several times with my feet. Fantastic, beautiful terrain for certain!
