T7 WR Loweri Seat//Seat Specs

Good Afternoon All,

I'm still researching ways to comfortably lower my T7 World raid an inch or two. I'm still a bit gun shy on going the lowering link route having never done it and only having access to the OEM Center Stand I worry that I'll mess up adjusting the front forks or won't be able to get it back on the center stand once it's lowered. Plus I want to easily be able to return it to stock when I go to sell it in a few years when I move back to North America...

So I'm exploring alternative options of having Seatconcepts make me a custom lowered/thinner potentially seat to more easily and quickly get a foot planted when going in the dirt. Does anyone have the specs of the seat? I assume it's different from the regular T7, but I don't have access to one to check! Bit of a noob at this bike customizing thing here, my last two bikes I just rode pure stock for the time I owned them.

Thanks in advance!

Apparently if you hit enter by accident it just posts the topic, please ignore the typo in the title! Haha...learning.

You're right, the WR seat is different from the T7. But I'm pretty sure the guys at @Seat Concepts will get a WR seat to take the measurements for their own solution. It might take time, though, since the WR won't come to the US in '23 as far as I remember.

Once you've got the bike, you can ask any other seat specialist to rebuild the seat to your liking.

Here in Germany we have www.alles-fuern-arsch.de for example (their name translates roughly like "everything for your butt", but also means "fucked up"). They have a good reputation.

Huh, I'll check them out thanks. That's probably going to be more Economic then shipping across the atlantic!

Thanks mate

Welcome buddy! I guess you'll find similar seat customizers around your area, too - for such stuff, direct contact definitely has some benefits.
