TFT display for the USA market

Do we know yet if a TFT from the Euro market will work on our North American bikes?  

 

It seems like it would be simple process for those in Europe with both types of displays to see if it is a direct swap or what else may be involved.  I would guess that all of the tech hardware is built into the head unit and the ECU would not have to be touched. 

 

Anyone tried or heard?

I'd imagine ECU is different and maybe the ABS system.

Would definitely not work even if there was a possibility it would involve loom to be swapped out also there is aslo a little cpu unit under the seat which is what has the phone connectivity too

So from what I'm seeing the markets with '23 version(s) having TFT, LED lights, 3 mode ABS are all coming out of France; the markets that have no updates, like the USA, are coming out of Japan.

 

Is this correct?
