Large fuel tank, crash bar

I should probably have asked this under the tank question of last week. 

Rather, its unrelated maybe as there are no suppliers of the large tank yet i think.

 

I dont want my knees to hit anything while seated.

I dont know enough about adventure touring, being a trials only (though I have some BMW S1000rr, Aprilia SVX550, and a 2014 ninja, 2006 shadow, 2016 versys for the lady) ridder. I dont actually like ridding any of em, and i am gonna sell them all this year. Outside of the trials, T7, and Versys.

I dont know enough about large tanks, and crash bars. Looking for suggestions and input. Comments, complaints, critiques or what have you
