Does this look okay? Gap in rear linkage

Hey there sorry for the maybe stupid question, but I just installed a set of lowering links for the first time and torqued to 48Nm as specified. Before lowering the bike on the stand I noticed there’s a gap on the right side between the swing arm and the links. Did I mess something up or is this normal?

Edit - upon further thought I realized it wouldn’t make sense for the dog bones to be snug against the swing arm. I’m thinking the bushing is slightly longer to accommodate a little bit of lateral movement. I loosened everything up and centered them a bit more and it seems good now, but I am curious to know if I’m way off base and there’s something seriously wrong.

I had noticed the same thing on mine, and was reassured it's fine.

Your dogbones look massively thick though - what brand did you use?

These are the KoubaLink T700-03. Supposedly lowers by 1.5" (38mm), but I compared with the AltRider adjustable links that claim they only lower by 30mm. The distance between each hole on the Koubas and on the AltRider was identical which means either the Koubas don't lower as much as they claim, or the AltRider lower more than they claim. I wanted to return the KoubaLink and keep the AltRider one, but they charge a 25% restocking fee and the AltRider could be returned through Revzilla for no charge.
