Nicely done! I miss Aussie. I've lived there and seen most of the tourist spots, but want to see the real Aussie. Still on my bucket list to ride around it someday. Happy to hear you had a great time.

It was a great trip. I believe the Ride ADV crew does Flinders every couple of years... it's worth the price of admission!

Absolutely a perk of the job! Greg, Wayne, and the rest of the Ride ADV guys were amazing; they took good care of us.

The middle of nowhere Outback is a weird place! 550km at one point between stops for fuel, food, and water... pretty freaking remote. It was great to experience places and things most tourists (or Australians) won't.

Yeah I jump on Greg’s rides every now and then. Just couldn’t squeeze the Flinders one this time.

I see you were in my back yard at the Gundy general store! Did you get a beer at the Linga Longa?

I would have done the trip but Africa was calling.

I have done a few rides with Greg and the crew and they are good value.

I don't think we were in Linga Longa. But honestly, you guys have loads of strangely named places; many start sounding similar to a foreigner after a while 🤣

Linga Longa is the pub just down the road from the Gundy general store. A great spot for an afternoon beer after riding through Barrington.
