Good evening from the City of Sin!

A little about myself in the sense of riding, been riding for barely over a bit of a decade.

Started on good ole crotch rockets, then moved on to Harleys, and as of last year Adventure Motorcycles.

Bought a KLR 650 last year and fell in love with the ability to go on and off road, Loved the bike but it was missing something and ultimately ended up selling it after breaking my arm after a wipe.

During recovery looked into Teneres (my first bike was a R1 so yamaha has a special place in my heart) and it looked to be the bike that had the power, capability, and customization I was lusting for.

Bought the bike at the beginning of May and a month finally started going on adventures once I fully recovered.

Love this machine and it challenges me to become a better rider every time I get on.

I was told about the forums while visiting BellissiMoto to purchase some parts. (awesome guys btw super helpful!)

Was looking for a place to gain knowledge, ask questions, share fun stories!

Happy to be here

Thank you!
Absolutely, I walked in asking about Tenere parts, met Paul and the rest was history haha!

SKU: 10013799 is the item you're looking for it is the model for Tenere, Africa Twins, and Super 1200, I got mine from revzilla. Personally it works okay compared to an Atlas lock, but it does the job

The Kaoko Throttle Stabilizer may well be the highest quality, most reliable & intuitive throttle stabilizer on the market.

An R1 as your first starter bike?!?  You really do know how to rumble.  Welcome to the group.

Looks like some great open country to explore in Nevada, once you escape the madness of the Strip.

I was young dumb and full of... well dumb haha. All my friends told me I would grow out of a 600 so get a liter, I can honestly say they were wrong. Thank you for the welcome!

Nevada is very neat and trails, tracks, and roads are all over to be explored, summer is just brutal here so must riding is done early in the morning.

Riding the strip isnt too bad (work at one of the casino/resorts) its nice to have the freedom of movement compared to my truck.. as long as I stay away from the drunks and crazies

Welcome @echopewpew! The Northshore Road is a good, scenic ride.  I recently visited Bellissimoto to order the HP Corse high mount exhaust. Spent an hour and a half there just talking to the guys. They're really into motorcycles. Maybe catch you for a ride sometime.
