Alternate use for Heated Grip plug.

At my location in Australia I don’t have much use for heated grips. I was wondering if anyone had any information as to whether that connection would be suitable to hard wire my Garmin Zumo 396 into. I want it set up so it is wired into the ignition circuit. Cheers.

I don't have any info, but I think you can do it without any problems. You can also connect your Garmin  to the spare outlet-connector for DC jack which is under the right panel like @Totti did.
