Yamaha OEM Accessory Replacement Parts?

RiderEh

Recommended Posts

Hi All, does anyone know of a fiche on the factory accessory parts? The problem I have is I bought my T7 second hand, and it had the OEM panniers and rear rack bolted on. Well if I want to remove the panniers and keep the rack, I'm missing the lower brackets. Does anyone know how to source these? I haven't found a parts list or fiche online. Worst case I fab one up, but would rather not waste my time.

Check here:

Yeah that's just the OEM fiche, I can't find replacement parts for accessories anywhere there.

I am wondering the same.

I spoke to my Yamaha dealer and they said Yamaha will only sell the kit. I may have to fab these myself.

I have contacted Yamaha Motor Canada directly myself and they have been very helpful in supplying info.

For example, they provided me with the install instructions for the Yamaha Heavy Duty Skid Plate, as I wanted to confirm the bolt torque specs. Since the precious owner had it installed when he originally bought the bike.

They emailed me a copy of the installation instructions within a couple of days, and have also helped transfer the extended warranty to my name as well.

So they might be able to help you out.
