I always thought that the STRs were a great tire as OEM for the T7. I got a little over 6000 miles on my set, and have played around with a few others since. I'm just curious to try different setups, but could easily ride them again.

I don't mind the str's on most terrain I've put them through. They are a really great road tire, actually one of the better ones I've used on my bikes. They've truly impressed me what they've been able to pull me through on the trails. They absolutely hate wet grass and the slimy clay mud we get around here, but find me a motorcycle tire that doesn't haha. Pretty impressed overall though. I'm right around 4k miles on mine and they've still got tread but mostly done for. Won't be getting another set of them because I need just a hair more aggressive tread for what I do. Got a set of kenda big blocks waiting to go on soon. Hoping to get decent service out of them.
