World Raid Suspension Settings please!

Hey all. Live on an island with no suspension specialists and wondering if anyone got their World Raid suspension set up properly for a 90kg (with gear) for 70:30 Road riding please? Ill be investing in a 80-85nm rear spring but not an expert setting up compression and rebounds etc. any info for that weight range is appreciated. 
at the moment inhave it setup up as per Nomad Sweden’s settings on the standard Tenere, better than stock WR on road for sure.

In the process of suspension adjustment, it's recommended to increase compression damping for a firmer ride, reduced dive under braking, and better stability. Decrease compression damping for a softer ride and improved comfort.
