Horn repositioning? - sorted with a suggestion

Lewie

Question

Has anyone repositioned their horn

ive bought a oxford foghorn which initially sounded very funny but it’s touching the crash bars so think I might move it

yes, i did. it was my first mod, cos i dont understand why the horns (on most bikes) are placed so open to mud/rain.

i took off the oem horn-bracket, bended it and bolted it on the frame (on existing bolt). the horn is not visible and protected for mud behind the left cover.

i'm not sure if a larger horn will fit there.

it can be fitted easly higher up and accept a bigger horn
