What’s this part

Just removed the left front console cover with signal light and this dropped out… where does it belong? Can’t find the Right one and could see it on a parts diagram.

I'm guessing it goes on the left

Belongs under the air scoop panel. You can see some tiny edgings on the inner side of the plastics panel to mark the position of this rubber piece.

 

P.S.: Who else knew what part the Op was talking about just from reading the topic?

These fall off all of the bikes if you take your side panels off. You can glue them back on, or not... doesn't seem to make a difference.
