More detailed Manual for T7??

Hi People, new here 👋

Do these exist? The manual you get with your T7 is garbage and you get the impression Yamaha don’t want you to work on your own bike at all.

I have tried to find torque specs for the wheel spokes. Does anyone know what this is? I will be using a spoke torque wrench.

many thanks 🙏

See here:

It's for 2020MY, but should apply for '22 EU models as well, and to great extent also for newer models (World Raid and '23 models with the new TFT dash)

I'm no expert but I would be surprised if there is a torque setting for spokes.

This is why I joined the forum, Thankyou so much! Found the torque spec for the spokes in there!

It's not garbage.  It's an owners manual, it's compact and has the basics we need for day to day servicing.  Who checks the torque on their spokes regularly anyway?

Compared to older motorcycles like my 1999 XR400 yes this manual is garbage.

can’t you see this post was solved? What was the point in your rant?

you reminded me why forums are whack …. Thanks for that

Does anyone have a service manual ( or link ) for the 2023 World Raid?

Not the owner's manual, the service manual

Yes just blow in and dump crap on Yamaha OWNERS manuals, comparing them to ones from last century  😒  don't let the door hit you in the back on the way out.

I just did a search for the WR service manual ( unsuccessfully ) but I did find the owners manual; all 114 pages. So how is that amount of info garbage?
