Do Adv Spec Pannier Racks work with OEM Rear?

Hi all, 

Wondering if anyone has tried installing the Adventure Spec pannier racks with the OEM rear carrier rack.

This would be a much lighter option than adding the OEM pannier racks, as I only plan to add some lower-volume kriega or Enduristan soft panniers.
