PIAA Foglight Damage

Hi from Nor Cal. 
I accidentally clipped a traffic stantion and broke my PIAA Fog Light BW3-H54A3-S0-00 from its mount. 
Unfortunately the mount point is built into the light housing. I doubt I can glue it back together. 
Is it possible to get a replacement housing from PIAA? Any ideas?

Is it die cast aluminium?

Can you dismantle the housing?

If so, you might be able t use some JB Weld and then wrap some 1/2" stainless Band-It strap with a few strategically placed pop rivets.

It appears to be ABS plastic. Is that an aluminum band?
