I assume you have sand tires on it by now

I'm in SE Qld but I've lived there on three occasions in my teens, twenties and then 30's.  Albany twice and up to Perth in various suburbs, Eneabba and Leeman when I was young.  It's a great place no doubt about it.   What are the dirt roads like out in the wheat belt?  I never ventured there much myself and never on a dirtbike.  I see you're right by the Avon river.  Cool.
