Hey, Everyone. 

 

Thank you for the support over the past few years, but unfortunately I am shutting down KEDO Parts USA. 

 

If I haven't got with you about your order I will tonight. I have already refunded most of you and I will continue to refund each customer. 

 

At this time I do not feel like the supply chain is adequate enough for me to offer you proper customer service, with some of you waiting 4+ weeks for parts. 

 

I do have a handful of parts I will be selling at a discounted cost on here.

All the best Chad! I was working for a distributor for overseas companies, I know how difficult things can be. Nowadays, lead times of several weeks become hard to accept for end customers I guess. If the only answer then is increasing your stock level, competing against crap products from China becomes even more difficult price wise.

I'm sorry to hear this Chad. Being a reseller is tough. You can have great parts and give amazing customer service but if your supplier isn't shipping you enough product, none of that matters.
