The current global health situation involving the coronavirus (CIVID-19) is affecting us all, and we want to take this moment to reassure you we are committed to the safety of Yamaha employees, dealers, and you, our customers.

 

Yamaha strives to put customers at the center of our business. We are working with our dealers to ensure we continue to meet your needs to the best of our abilities during these extraordinary times, but have also taken measures for the well-being of our employees, our customers and communities. We've instructed, where possible, Yamaha Motor Canada staff to work from home. For those that must be in the office, we are working in rotations, exercising social distancing and enhancing our sanitization processes.

 

Yamaha is committed to doing our part to stop the spread of COVID-19, but is also committed to continuing to serve you. We have taken  number of safety measures but with minimal disruption, including adequate supply of product from our overseas factories. If you have placed and order with Yamaha Motor Canada, we are processing all requests but may have some delays. We know some you don't just use Yamaha for fun, Yamaha is a part of your livelihood. That's why we will continue to communicate with our dealers to ensure that when you need Yamaha, our dealerships and E-commerce channels are ready to support you with the Yamaha product you need.
