Already replaced the skid plate, added a windshield riser, seat hack, and did a tail tidy.

 

Planning to do a single disc conversion, rear abs delete (stoletec kit), new pipes including decat, retune, handguards, canister delete, pegs, rear brake lever fix, single finger clutch.  

 

Impressed with the bike already, can't wait to get it broken in!
