Hi

I am a Tenere Tragic #100 and have participated in the 2013, 2015, 2016,2017 and 2018 annual Tenere Tragics ride - the most recent where we were introduced to the Tenere 700

WOW! Best post so far in our short history. Thanks for joining and for sharing those pics!

Did you get to ride it?

Rod Faggotter who also hails from Longreach was the only one riding it as part of the Yamaha official videos but a few of us got to be interviewed and were "extras" in the video.

Welcome to the group. Those are awesome pics of the T 700. Thank you for joining and posting them. Even though you didn't get to ride it, what did you think about what you saw?

Usual Yamaha quality fit and finish. Cockpit layout was comfortable, bike felt slim to sit on and seemed to have ample suspension travel but was certainly tall (I was on tippy toes). Definitely more off road oriented - a feature which I hope Yamaha keep with the final production model.
