T7 Fork oil capacity

Can somebody please tell me what the fork oil capacity and viscocity should be? I can't find it anywhere!

If you use search on this site there is a T7 workshop manual. It says....

It is preferable to use Oil Height, rather than volume, as it is more accurate, as unless the forks are stripped and cleaned completely to remove old oil, then you can never be sure

We set the oil height with no spring or spring guide (the long white plastic tube), and compress the forks so the inner & outer tube tops are flush (careful not to compress further as the top inner bush can "pop" out of its recess and the jam the outer tube, and it's very difficult to get back in !!!

We used 100mm air gap, so the oil level was 100mm below the top of the fork tube. 10W fork oil.

  No real rush tho.

I’ve found a supplier on this side of the pond for springs.

 I enjoyed viewing the MAD video on set up and appreciate rally raids contribution!
