Hi Aleks,

The dark tint headlight protector is actually classed as not road legal because it does reduce the light levels. It is like a sunglasses level of tint.

Clear, Light Tint and Tellow are the 3 legal colours.

Apologies for the delay, I wasn't notifed of a reply.

All the best,

Richard

Hi Richard,

Thank you for clearing that up for me... I think my next purchase with you is going to be the side wings ( whatever they are called 🙂 ) ... I have done a poor job at tinting mine and I am unhappy with the outcome.

I will have a look end of next week to get the order on the move.

Regards,

Aleks

Ordered today... Hope to get this installed before a longer trip to see @Rich TT 👌😜

Should look so much better with deflectors and windscreen in dark tint.

Hi Aleks,

Thank you for the order.

It has been processed this morning and will be shipped out in the next 48 hours. You should have them a couple of days after that.

New side deflectors have been installed and I think they look great... Positive is that there is less pressure on the shoulders and the bike looks so much better now.

When I sold my GS, the side wing deflector was actually the thing I missed the most (didn't miss the power one but) especially went to a naked bike.

this will be one of the first mod I do beside adding USB.

No worries, my hiviz barkbusters handguards got delayed again. I couldn't wait until after my big off road trip to get them.  Ended up going with a different set of black handguards and a light tint headlight protector. Got the headlight protector from rockymountain ATV who got it from Rally Raid who got it from Powerbronze lol

Hi Paul,

Here is the picture of the full bike with the beak fitted.

All the best,

Richard

This may seem like a dumb question but I’ll take that on the chin. Other than improving the cosmetics of the front of the bike does the beak serve any real practical purpose as in aerodynamic improvement?

I believe the add-on beak's main point of efficacy is "making the bike look very weird."  Consider putting some aux lights in that space instead in order to "make the bike look cool."  Exhibit A (my bike) is presented below for your consideration (and before someone asks, that's the the Powerbronze adjustable windscreen with Powerbronze winglets).

Hello,

One of the main purposes is to reduce the amount of spray and muck getting on the head light and windscreen while transforming the look of the bike as well.

All the best,

Richard
