Rear Rack Mod

I decided to modify the pillion seat and keep the trunk function with the key. I thought it might be too flimsy, but I installed a plate that ties the bar that holds front hook bolts and attached it directly to the rack and sandwiched the cover between. I cut the foam back to the rack edge. It is a lot sturdier that I though it would be. I think it turned out pretty good and cost me nothing as I had the old rack and Kappa already. And so far, I think this bike is the best ADV bike I have ever ridden out of the box.
