I’d love to add a pair but I just do not think they’ll clear with my Barkbuster hand guards I have.

Looks awefully tight with the upper wind deflectors in place.

funny you should say that, I have just this minute come back from taking a look at my guards on the bike and:
- yes the BB have the straight section running at 90 degrees to the handlebar where the clamp could fit
- yes it would be tight against the deflectors plus I have the extensions screwed in too

Having said that still keen to give them a go however not keen on pulling the trigger without some first hand experience feedback first....especially at that price!

ps: which way are you personally leaning on your new flag...:-)

Hi All...saw a video with these featured and wondering if anyone has first hand experience with them on our T700?

These look so much better than anything micky mouse like the touratech ones.

I like my Touratech ones. Super light and so easy to fold in. Admittedly they don't look cool like these Rottweiler ones.

I installed them with my Acerbis X factor hand guards.  They required some cutting and drilling, but came out great.  Pictures are in my build thread if interested.

+1. Work very well. Besides mounting to the aluminum brace, you must also trim the plastic guards to allow proper placement for viewing. When flipped in completely (offroad mode), they do interfere with the levers initially  but there is plenty of adjustment to move them out of the way.

thy actually do clear.  and are easy to install on barks as well.  i had barkbusters with the rotwiller mirrors before. how ever i use shore leavers, so i have no idea if you talk about the stock one's.

i have had them on barbusters. and have em now on my acerbis x factor.   the later requires a bit of grinding to make the matching service flat.

did not grind the plastic as i dont think i need to the way i placed them.

how do these compare to double take mirrors?

I have them and they vibrate an awful lot. thinking going back to stock mirrors.

I don’t have vibration - the arm is short and the mirror is quite good, albeit small. My issue with the Doubletake has been loosening on the ball mount.

I see you mounted yours a little further back than mine. I should have thought of that. I used the hole for the plastic guard as one of the holes to mount the Rottweiler mount.

it all depends. you have bar weight's or no.  how tough is your bar.

i modified my stock bar-end weight's and put them in between the guard and bar.

doing so mate them not vibrating much at all

Put the double takes to shame. Zero vibration. Zero flop. Crystal clear picture with great convex convergence & only 25% or less lost to  knuckles & elbows depending on position. Solid hold in all detents yet easily folded when dropped. I’d argue they cleaned up the cockpit air some too. Since you drill the holes,  I positioned them to fit just inside the barkbusters vps  with only minor deflection of their extension plastic when folding in. But still ample knuckle room. Best mirrors I’ve tried by far. (& for the price, they bloody well better be….)
