CrossPro Crashbars = Adventure spec crashbars?

Hi,

 

Been looking at crashbars, found Cross Pro bars that seem to be the same as the Adventure Spec ones, are they?

 

I can get a discount with Performance Parts Ltd for the CrossPro ones but they don't have a picture.  Some googling found some on a german site and they look identical to the Adventure Spec ones....
