Spots you can hit around Las Vegas

I thought I’d start a thread to post pics from the rides I do and the spots I hit around Las Vegas. I tend to do single day rides, usually a few hours in length. Occasionally I’ll load the bike up and head to other spots around the desert southwest.

This is in the aptly named sandy valley area southwest of Vegas. Some fun dunes to work the sand skills. Scorpion Rally STRs would not be my first choice for a day of sand riding, but they’ll get the job done for a short bit of sand as long as you aren’t climbing too steep of a dune. Fun stuff...

The weather here is pretty much perfect this time of year, which makes it very easy to find time to ride.
