A few years ago I had a KTM EXC500 and there was a guy that made a OEM taillight with turn signals built in so no separate turn signals needed, also used factory wiring harness and plugs. I like that set up quite a bit, is anyone making one for the T7?

I have bought integrated tail light kits from 12 o’clock labs in the past, they are really nicely put together. I sent them photos of the existing rear light assembly for the Tenere about a month ago hoping to push them into production lol. I’ll check back in with them here next week.

Edit: But I am going to hold off on dealing with the rear fender until there are options available to do this.

Yoshimura just released their fender eliminator kit.

Saw that the other day.  It's for pre-order though, not available just yet.  Their site says you have to buy the hardware kit for the turn signals, sold separately, and the link to it on their site is dead.

I wish there was a better pic installed on the bike from the side.  As is, it looks like the angle is to abrupt.  Hard to tell if you can bend it up slightly to relax the angle because of the license plate light attached to it.

It seems like no one is coming up with what I want.  There are some companies that have yet to release theirs, but I'll just have to wait and see...OR take matters into my own hands and make my own 🙂

Free factory tail chop is easy! 👍

I do like that, but the angle is to relaxed for me.  I'd have to heat it up and bend it down some.

I have an idea for turn signals, but need to contact a buddy at a certain "turn signal place", haha.  I have an idea that I like way better than everything thus far...

Just need to see if they will produce it for me 🙂

Anyone has fitted paniers racks with the T7 Rally Tail tidy? Does the cross bar touch the tail tidy?

Thanks

I didn't want to have to cut the tail so thought I'd cheat with Yamaha's own. It's actually made in Holland, and not quite as 'simple' as I'd expected...

Same as mine, took me hours. If u use the LED rear indicators make sure you fit that bracket. It is obvious which one it is.

good luck

Thanks, I used the Yam LED Flasher Plus with the built in running lights. Very bright but not sure they're legal (anyone?)

Took me almost as long as building the Airfix HMS Ark Royal when I was a kid..!

Installed the R&G recently, easy to put on and looks much cleaner.  Rode in a fair amount of mud and gravel last week and had much less splatter than expected from the rear wheel
