Tusk Excursion Rackless from RMATV

So I bought this setup and in the process of installing it. Just wondering if any other members here own it, if so could you share your methods of securement for the base and the bags, preferably with pics? I can figure it out but I prefer doing things the easy way. I installed the rear fender strap anchors the other day when I had a little spare time. I’d like to get it finished today.

 

Also, what are your thoughts on it so far? I was planning on going with the Kriega or Mosko setup for next year but this cheap Tusk stuff is actually pretty impressive looking, and there may be no reason to upgrade.

How has this worked out for you?  Looking at it vs the Kriega OS 24/32 and Mosko 40.

I’ve only done one trip with it but it seems great. Build quality seems good, side angles are adjustable and it fits great on the bike if you don’t have high grab rails. No regrets buying it, for the price you really can’t beat it.

Ive done several day trips with mine and a few overnighters so far. I’m very happy with them and have no regrets, would purchase them again.
