Inexpensive China rear rack v2 mounting?

So, I've been looking at these rear racks:

They're the second version, which has a bracket that runs under the tail for additional support vs. just using the bobbin mount points.  Does anyone have one of these?  Or just have pictures of how it connects under the tail?  I'm curious if I'd be able to mount it alongside my existing Heed rear crash bars.
