Givi 2145 Topcase Rack: Grab holds?

Anyone have one on their bike or know if this rack has a good grab bar for rear passengers?  I can't really tell from the photos.  From some angles it looks like it does, and from others it looks to be pretty flush with the bike without much room for handholds.  Any expertise would be greatly appreciated.
