Following discussions on the ideal phone bracket I can not confirm my MacGyver inspired phone bracket has finally expired following 2 gruling trips to the Pyrenees it has final fallen apart like a cheep suit. (see Photo) I appologise prefusley to anyone who replicated my idea. The Otterbox carrier had just had enough. 

 

Plan B not wanting to give yup I have purchased a smartphone dry bag from Halford's for £20.00 and now giving this a try. I have spotted the same bag on eBay for £10.00 but at least I know its genuine.

 

Has anyone got any further ideas????
