Rear fender / mud guard?

indispus

Recommended Posts

Hello!

The problem: I have mounted a tidy tail so I can mount the high mount exhaust. Now, with this new tidy tail, the rear wheel is splashing the mud on my back...

I am looking for a very slim rear fender / mud guard... something like in GS style.

The only product I was able to find is this rear fender, on eBay... pictures attached. But I think it's very ugly... I can't mount that on my bike...

I am looking for something similar, lighter, adjustable (up/down), and with a better design.

Any ideas?

I added a custom made fender extension with my Camel Tail Tidy made from black arena board that adds functionality & stiffness + permits remounting of the oem rear reflectors.  This could be done with most tail tidies & uses the same  4 oem under fender bolt location as the oem fender & could be made wider and/or longer as desired.  Scroll 1/2 way down my blog article to see full description & pics.

I think "Q" (James Bond Q, not the donny trump Q) had a license plate that rotated 90 degrees for this very purpose.
