Tenere WR windshield on normal T7

Recommended Posts

Was wondering if the WR-windshield would fit the standard T7. So purchased one and tried it out.

Had just to trim the upper edges of the deflectors a little bit.

If it is not only an optical improvement I will see.

Best regards

Martin

Is the airflow better? Why did you not get the side deflectors as well?

Also, how much was the windshield if you don't mind me asking?

Hi Demus,

Yamaha Dealer sold it for 106 Euro. The deflectors from the WR won’t fit to the standard I think because they have a different fastening.

Airflow is a bit better. But don’t expect miracles … The zone with less turbulence is slightly larger. At least for me it’s a very good compromise between look and protection. I’m very happy with the result.

Cheers

Martin
