It will hopefully do what it says on the box, but what a waste of money.  A piss poor excuse for design.  Random thread lengths on each side of the rod and using nylon lock nuts to mount it.  Tighten it and one side stops at the nylon while the other side tightens to where the thread stops.  It is going to make replacing a tube very interesting as well.  Buyers beware.
