Garmin XT Lock - Motopumps

A simple method for locking the XT to the mount.  A little expensive for what it is, but seems well made and effective.

Prevents the release button on the Garmin from being depressed.

Pin is removed with a specific three pronged "key" - that is what is on the key ring.

I just set up the Motopumps mount and locking plate too.  Excellent kit, no-nonsense design. 10/10 built.

Holy smokes the price to Canada after conversion was half the price of the Zumo though!

That looks like a pretty good idea!  I may go that route.  I do wonder if one just pulls hard enough if it would pop off.

Agreed @DT675 - if someone really wants it they will get it.

Great product - I've had one along with their mount for about 6 months and it works as advertised. The GPS can be removed, but only by removing the windshield and then the mount with the lock and GPS on it.  It is effective at deterring opportunistic thieves, which was my goal so I didn't have to remove the GPS every time I left the bike.

I haven't tried to rip the GPS off the lock/mount for obvious reasons, but it would be difficult at best and probably not possible.

Their pumps are quite nice as well and made from quality parts.
